After purchasing jewelry, consumers have seven days from the date of actual receipt of the item to return it and fourteen days to exchange it.
Return and Exchange Process:
According to the regulations, the following cases can be requested to return or exchange:

Reasons for not returning or exchanging goods
The following cases are not returnable:

2 Personal customized goods can not be returned or exchanged;
3. beyond the return period;
4. other reasons that are not quality problems of the goods.
